Very few manufacturers can develop their own ceramic formulas, but Cilicon is one of them. Our proprietary ceramic is optimized for rosin oil, featuring a micro-pore structure that doubles the industry’s oil permeation rate. This ensures smooth flow for high-viscosity oils and prevents burnt taste effectively. With the leakproof system of our products, achieving rapid oil permeation while ensuring zero oil leakage is no longer a challenge.
Compared to the previous formula, Roscentix's structural strength has been improved by 63%. This enhancement prevents ceramic cracking during the atomization of high-viscosity oils, avoiding degraded experience and oil leakage.
Through extensive testing, we identified the optimal heat distribution rate for rosin oil, achieving rapid heat transfer while ensuring a consistent and stable vapor prodeuction.
Additionally, our optimized heating element material is more resistant to oxidation, offering a longer lifespan and more stable resistance, ensuring consistent flavor throughout usage.
