Waste HandlingThe disposal of our hazardous waste has been handled by third parties who offer waste disposal services, by which hazardous components can be eliminated.

Electricity savingWe replaced traditional incandescent with LED energy-efficient light bulbs in both workplaces and our factories, and successfully save around 65% of energy per month. Use renewable energies is one of the important activities, such as solar energy has been applied in our water heating system to reduce energy consumption.Due to we value every source on the planet, therefore, turning off appliances is a daily requirement in Cilicon.

Protecting peopleWe regularly conduct unannounced fire drills in the workplace to help our staff develop rapid response skills and reduce risks of harm when they are in a life-threatening situation. But accidents and disasters are inevitable, they do sometimes occur. To protect our staff, we purchase multiple insurances for them, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance and childbirth insurance.
